In JAWS config mgr, load default file ctrl-shift-D.
Goto set options in file menu and goto Advanced.
Check Use DOS Screen Reader in DOS box.  Tab to Ok.
Then save the changes with ctrl-s.  No need to put JAWS to sleep now.  JAWS
expects that you will use a different screen reader in DOS.
