Hello HJ, First of all, let me congratulate all of you on the jaws3.3. It is a fine product and I am enjoying the changes very much. However, I am having my difficulties. After installing jaws3.3, I downloaded IE5 and installed it along with it's new outlook express. I usually read messages in the preview pane. Heretofore, jaws would read the screen's subject and other information field, in outlook. Although the screen has the header displayed, jaws is not reading the subject and other information until after reading the message. I have looked through the configuration manager and in the mail section I see the the subject field can be accessed by "insert plus 4, but, trying this while in a message gives me "CC field not found, and insert 6, says subject field not found. Can someone advise me on what to do to correct the screen reading so that I can once again delete messages with speed and ease? Thanks for your assistance.
