Hi, first of all, you should definitely find out what com ports are being
used with your devices as this will definitely make a difference. After you
have determined the com ports try re-installing Jaws. Also, is the "Rabbit"
a different braille display--if so then it will be on a different com port
as well. These are things you must know before attempting to install Jaws.
