Hi Eve,

If it were me, I would uninstall the old version of Openbook.  It is
possible when you go to install Ruby it may ask you if you would like that
to be done and it may do it automatically before the installation of Ruby.
Also, I would unload Jaws from memory first as always.  This is just my
opinion--for what it is worth!  bbg
