Hi Nancy,

My first synthe was an Echo PC--which I still have--great for a backup.

Anyway, one thing I wanted to mention is that if your students are fast
typists you might want to silence the keyboard echo to none as I find the
echoes quite annoying.  For someone who is learning to type the keyboard
echoes are a good thing I would guess.
