Hi Stacy,

I don't quite remember what way I uninstalled my older version of Jaws but I
think I did it from Windows Explorer.  The only reason I suggested going to
add/remove programs is to make sure that it wasn't listed in the programs
that could be uninstalled using this method.  If you uninstall a program by
using Windows Explorer and it is in the list of items to be uninstalled by
using the uninstall feature then the name of the program always pops up on
the list even though it is technically gone from your system.  They you have
to go into your Window's registry to get rid of it--a tricky thing to do.  I
have done it but I wouldn't recommend it unless you really are very careful
and know what you are doing.

Hope this message didn't confuse you too much.  It is kind of hard to
explain.
