HI, Shawn,

You can test your mail setup by sending a mail to 

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

This will return a mail to you if you reached that automated mail server
successfully. It will contain a copy of your mail and will tell you that
you reached the server. That is a fully automated service and not a mailing
list.
