Hi Stacy,

Go into the configuration manager and go to set options menu and arrow down
to format options. Press enter and you will see something like format
enabled check box checked uncheck this box to turn off this feature.  You
can set up a hot key to turn it on or off without going into the
configuration manager all of the time.
