Hi, I am using Outlook Express 4 so this may be slightly different. Go to
the tools menu with alt t. Hit the o key to take you into options. This
will take you into a multi-page dialog box. Hit the control tab until you
hear dial up. At this point you will have to use the Jaws cursor to read
what is checked and what isn't because Jaws won't read it--for some reason
without doing this. Anyway, find where it says when outlook express starts
check for new messages. Route the PC cursor to the Jaws cursor and check
this check box. Actually what you are in is a list box. Also, make sure to
do all of this when you aren't in the body of a message. Tab to okay and
that should do it.
