graphics labeling

Hi, could some kind soul please tell me how they label graphics using the
graphics labeler?  I just bought and down loaded a new game and would like
to see if I can get it working with Jaws.  If I do I will let all of you
know where to get it but I do need help with graphics labeling as a lot of
them aren't labeled.
