sorry, we are having problems with the icq list it seems so I'll
answer it here.
when you get to the icq button with shift+tab three times as you state
in the mesage, press the spacebar and arrow down to preferences. find
the contact tab with your jaws cursor and left click on it, tab to
remove contact list buttons and check that box. while there also,
find floating, it may be in contact and make sure floating off is what
is displayed there.
I hope this helps, you toggle floating with the space bar.
