BobWell, that kind of depends on which program you are using to read with.
In notepad you have to press alt+e, for the edit menu, and "w" for word
wrap.  (warning: this actually changes your file, so you'll have to answer
"no" to the "do you want to save changes" question when you try to exit.)

If, on the other hand, you are using msword, you have to go into the view
menu and select "zoom" and set it for 75%.
