Actually, it isn't a script. You have to change your jaws configuration
file. This is pretty difficult to do for something like Ruby because it
takes over your keyboard.
Perhaps someone else out there that uses ruby could send you the jcf file
for it.
Otherwise, you'll have to manhandle it a little bit. Essentially what you
do is to go into the application you want to put to sleep, press insert plus
the numrow 6 to bring up the configuration manager for that application,
press alt+s for settings, find "advanced settings" and press enter. Find
the box that says "sleep mode" and check it. Hit enter on "Okay", and press
ctrl+s to save the file, and alt+f4 to exit the configuration manager.
Restart your computer.
That should do it, but, as I said, it would be better to get someone to send
you the file. Incidentally, make sure that you are in the jcf file for the
application. If you should, somehow, get into the default configuration
file, you would put jfw to sleep; and I don't know how you'd wake it up
without sighted assistance.
Thanks,
Bob
