Hi to the List,

I'm wondering if the ability to access a web page in JFW 3.31 relates
exclusively to the use of MSAA? I was working with a sighted individual who
uses screen enlargement with another screen reader, Window-Eyes to be
specific. They implement MSAA heavily to gain access to IE 5. He could not
use his down arrow key to scroll through text, and was advised to turn MSAA
Mode off. This is why I originally asked about screen enlargement in
conjunction with the new release. From what I've heard, it sounds like the
virtual PC cursor is intended solely for speech users only. For anybody
else who needs visual access to the screen it sounds like one needs to
deactivate the virtual cursor, MSAA or whatever for this to work. So are we
on 2 different tracks here? My suspicion is that this is a problem that
apparently many screen reader manufacturers are now confronted with, but I'd
certainly appreciate insight on my perceptions.
Best Regards,

Les
