Hi,
When you are told that a program is not responding when you are trying to
shut down, just tab and press enter and the program in question will be
forced close and then the shutdown will commence. I guess you could press
tab and before you press enter, press insert b and see if jaws says anything
or use the jaws cursor and press page up and home and reed down the page to
see if it gives you any info.

Subject: Accessing the End Tasks Dialog With JFW
Hi all
Does anyone know if there is a way to access the end tasks dialog using JFW?
I had installed the real player g2 but the setup program did not install
correctly.
When I exit windows I get a message saying "this program is not responding"
I can not uninstall the program.
I then tried to install the real player plus CD and I got a setup error.
"there is another instance of setup running"
I want to get to end tasks so I can shutdown the program which is just
hanging.
Anyone have any suggestions?
