Hello --
I reported one of these problems on the web site earlier today.
I cut and pasted the message that I encountered reading problems with just
now, multiple times.
This is both annoying, and very time consuming and inconsistent, AND NEEDS
TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY!!!!
It both repeats short lines, and skips one or two or more lines at a time.
Another problem I am encountering is that I put the email address
[EMAIL PROTECTED] in the Eudora header. It is up there three times, and
it is reading jwwpuliccbetta.com - although I know I typed it correctly
twice and put the first address from my address book (which is also
correct). You will either receive it three times, or I will keep sending
it to you until I hear from you.
Thank you for the prompt attention you will give to correct these matters.
THIS IS REALLY BUGGING ME!!!

>Hello Everyone!
>
>I would like to thank you all for your responses and suggestion for my taxi
>mishap.
>
>I did follow up on these suggestions and here are the results:
>1.) The driver was fired. I was not out to have him fired but rather
>educated but, apparently this was not the first offense.
>
>2.) The Orlando Airport Authority has put up a notice at the taxi holding
>area to the effect that it is against the law to refuse to take a passenger
>because of a service animal and they listed the types of animals.
>
>3.) I have been asked by the airport authority to give a presentation in
>November to the drivers as an educational tool.
>
>4.) There is no legal basis for taking this issue to court because although
>the driver refused to take me, he finally did, it is my word against his as
>to the overcharge and trying to take off with my luggage.
>
>5.) The starters at the airport, the folks that oversee the distribution of
>passengers into cabs was also reprimanded about his poor managing of the
>situation.
>
>All in all, I really believe that this has gone as far as it can go since it
>is not a situation for a court of law.
>
>I really think education is the key -
>
>It's just too bad that as we approach the year 2000 people still don't know
>about service animals.
>
>Thank you again for all of your support and kind words -
>
>Sincerely,
>Lynn Russell and GEB Redford
