Hi Tony,
You can use the AutoText feature of Word to do this. Type the text you wish
to retrieve and then select it to highlight it. Hit Alt and the F3 key.
JFW will say to name the AutoText entry. Type in a series of letters or a
word you wish to use to retrieve the text, tab to O.K. and hit enter. Then
when you are typing and wish the AutoText to appear in a document, just type
the name of the entry and hit F3 and the text will appear in the document.
