I don't think I made myself clear enough when I wrote my post.  I had IE 4
on my system, I installed IE 5 over it, and then removed IE5.  While
removing, there is a list of radio buttons which allow one to make changes
to the IE 5 installation.  One of the buttons allows you to return to the
previous Windows settings.  I hope this clears this up.
