JFW and Voice/Fax Software

Hello to the list.  Does anyone know of a good voice/fax software package
that works well with JFW?  I've got a friend who wants to use his computer's
answering machine capabilities, but the software package he has is terrible
with speech!  So as not to bore the list, you may write me off-list with any
