I have to come to the rescue of HJ's tech support. I have been one of the lucky ones and have not had many problems with JFW, any version. However, when I do need to contact tech support, they have most always been very helpful. There have of course, been times when I wasn't satisfied, but you have to understand that they are constantly training new support personnel all the time. I've worked with a fellow named Richard and I have found him to be both knowledgeable and friendly. Considering that HJ supports more than 25,000 copies of their software, I think they do a damn good job. Thanks for letting me ramble on a bit.
