No! it is not just you, I have this problem from time to time, but I don't
think it is JFW.

Hi again, ACB-l,
I thought that these messages from the JFW list were interesting. In
some cases, JFW users seem to have problems with html messages, too.
From: Julio C. Perez <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Since I switched to JFW331 I've noticed that with some messages I
receive in HTML format, the windows dialup routine is launched
automatically. This does not happen with all HTML messages but I can't
figure out what triggers it. The mere act of opening the message launches
the routine and I
am asked to "enter my password". The real annoying part of this is that
it
is practically impossible to get rid of the dialup networking box.
alt-f4, escape, clicking on the close button, tabbing to the cancel
button and pressing enter, all these actions simply kick me back to the
password box. The only way to break out of the mess is to alt-tab to the
message list and deleting the offending message. I can then alt-tab back
to the dialup window and close it.
Has anyone experienced something like this or is this just a
personal demon?

Hi Julio,
Yes, oh yes, I to indeed have experienced this annoying problem! I
didn't realize that it only happened with html messages, so thanks
for pointing that out. I have not found a way to stop the problem, and
like you, the only way I can close the dial-up window is to alt tab
back to the offending message and either delete it or close it and
unhighlight it.
