Hi Kelly,
I think the point he is trying to make is that the V cursor will not stay
off in all cases. I use Quicken 98, Citibank and a text editor in the same
session when paying bills. If the V cursor is turned off and I switch away
from IE5 and then return to that application, the V cursor seems to be
forced on. While one can disable this in the Config Manager, a permanent
toggle such as Insert Z which keeps the V cursor off regardless of what one
does would be very useful. The V cursor is a great enhancement, and given
that it has only been out for a couple of months, I'm willing to bet that HJ
will find a more permanent solution to this issue. In 3.5, the V cursor
cann now track on the screen, something that was requested by many. That's
what upgrades are all about, a continual evolution of a product.
Best Regards,
Les
