Development can be with or without exploitation. If at all Industrialists rushing towards tribal land because tribals are living in mineral rich belt. Else remember Kerla CM's rude statement. Don't you see the investment status in J&K, where no one outside from J&K can buy any land . No body is going and they themselves screwed up the tourism by becoming militants. What is happening outside J&K when development is stopped by activists ? Gullible tribals are becoming Naxlites and obstructing further development in that area. Now, all those activists who are up in arms against civilized Government, don't have guts to advise a Naxlite tribal & run away hiding their tail. Industrialists are businessman. Their duty is exploit. We as civil society , unless have a better plan for them, should fight for amending the MoU to legalize a direct job in addition to R&R compensation.
