[jhc] Doc repository

Having the Doc repository seperate from the main jhc repository is
beginning to cramp my style... I'm trying to get line breaks in
sensible places in E code, and some of it seems to need coordinated
changes in the Doc repository. Or might. Would it be possible to move
that code into the main repository?
