Add "prefix" attribute to the name attribute group

At the moment assigning a different namespace to an attribute or element is
only possible using the {{ns}} attribute representing the namespace URI. If you
have a lot of namespaces in your bindings the binding file is becoming almost
illegible because of all the namespace URIs sprinkled all over the place.
It would therefore be nice to have a shorthand notation for this using only the
prefix of the a namespace defined earlier in the binding file.
