Dennis Sosnoski commented on JIBX-215:
--------------------------------------
It's still my plan to support alternatives to bytecode enhancement in 2.0. I'm
hoping to have the first beta release of 2.0 out later this year, but the
scheduling really depends a lot on what my commercial clients want.

> Right now JiBX is rather intrusive. Bytecode enchancement is not an option
> in my case so I cannot use JiBX. If there was an option to separate
> marshalling logic from actual classes that would make JiBX even more robust
> and acceptable in application similar to mine. The way to go could be using
> reflexion (would allow to use private members also) or externally generated
> classes for bindings (as source code or in runtime).
> I read somewhere that you planned on implementing this kind of functionality
> in JiBX 2.0, although it is written that this version was scheduled to be in
> October 2007... Is there any chance that JiBX will support non intrusive
> marshalling/unmarshalling?
