Changing mappings folder does not cause rebuild

When you change the mapping folder, you must explicitly edit a file and save it
before the plugin rebuilds the classes.
This is a bit of a pain if you use a source controller because you must check
out the file, (fake) edit it, save it, uncheckout the file and on each of those
steps eclipse says that file has changed and does a refresh.
