Is this the correct way to unmarshal into an existing object instance? My
object ("this" below) is defined as a <mapping> element in the binding XML
file.
IBindingFactory bfact =
BindingDirectory.getFactory (this.getClass ());
IUnmarshallingContext uctx = bfact.createUnmarshallingContext ();
Reader reader = new FileReader (xmlFileName);
uctx.setDocument (reader);
((IUnmarshallable)this).unmarshal (uctx);
This seems to work, but I just want to be sure.
If correct, is this documented somewhere?
If incorrect, what's a better suggestion?
