Title: what bug fixes in jibx-beta3b-1.0?

I'm running jibx-beta3a-1.0.  What was fixed in jibx-beta3b-1.0? 
Should I upgrade?
And is there a new release of the xpp3.jar?  Is it bundled in the zip file for beta3b-1.0?
