At this moment I can say, I like xsd2jibx a lot.
I also do know that it is in a beta-like version. So I do not want to
blame or something similar, just sometimes it would be great to have
better ErrorMessages than e.g. java.lang.NullPointerException (without
any line number in the xsd file for tracking the error).
So this is just a remark for the next release:
In my case the following part caused a NullPointerException.
<xs:attribute name="date" use="optional">
<xs:simpleType>
<xs:union memberTypes="xs:date xs:gYearMonth xs:gYear"/>
</xs:simpleType>
</xs:attribute>
