The CVS repository is a SourceForge operation. I think it has outages
periodically, but generally comes back fairly quickly.
The Wiki is a separate issue. I've been hosting that on my own site, but
it hasn't worked out as planned. I'm planning to relaunch it for JiBX
1.0 with restricted write access, so that developers who are active on
the mailing list can use it to pass on useful tips without newbies
creating confusion.
