Hi Deepak,
At present you do need a default constructor (or a factory-method) for
the classes you use in your binding. It would actually be easy to add an
option to have JiBX add the constructor when compiling the binding, and
I'm willing to look at doing this for 1.1. If you'd like to see this,
add an enhancement request in the Jira bug tracking system.
