Some users of my software are having trouble getting data written out to file.  It seems that JiBX is not flushing the data properly, so that only half of the data in memory is being written out on my call to marshall out the data to file.  This leaves them with half-completed xml files that are useless.

This is happening very infrequently, and only to users who have some sort of limited access rights on corporate networks.  Can someone shed some light on this for me?  I cannot recreate the problem on my end, nor do my attempts to force my FileOutputStream to flush() and close() work for some of these users.
