I found this article online today.

I noticed Jibx annotations are available in it, but I can't find them on the
jibx site. Are these available for me to use, and where could I get them?
I would prefer to have structure binding in annotation form, as we've
standardized on data access annotations. Also, is there a schema or DTD
available for the configuration file? I couldn't find one in any of the
examples in the download.
