I'll add that the Eclipse plugin has been a problem part of the project, with different people taking it over for every release. If you'd like to help out in getting this cleaned up it'd be a great contribution to the project. Jose has said he'd help on on updating the plugin for 1.2, so perhaps the two of you can work together on fixing some of the issues.
