Yes, the prefix setting CodeGen customization is in place for 1.2.2 - at 
least the prefix setting part is, I've forgotten if this supports using 
"" to make something the default namespace.

I've wrapped up a bunch of changes to fix Jiras and other problems over 
the last week, and will try to do a few more tonight and tomorrow. 1.2.2 
is definitely close, but I'll probably give people who want to try the 
code a few days before doing the actual release.
