I was wondering what is the correct DTD url to have schema validation in
Eclipse. I saw:

I do have this line commented in my code, because the actual system
lives offline and I reckon that having a live cvs link might break
things. Is there any other - "official" - url pointing to a schema
definition living in jibx's jar that we might use?
