Hi Erik, Thanks for your reply. I will try removing the annotation and documentation tags and retry. Like you said, I can always pre-process the schema and remove all the unsupported tags before feeding into codegen but I am still curious what exactly went wrong.
The schema I obtained from an IBM JIBX tutorial that also has annotation and documentation tags does work. http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/java/tutorials/j-jibx2/section3.html That leads me think that this problem would only trigger on certain XML tag but not all. Do anyone know whether this is a bug? I tried to search in the bug database in http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/BrowseProject.jspa?id=10410 but no luck. If no bug is submitted, should I submit one?
