No, I'm not. Because I'm using Windows where all the Jifty live tests
are skipped by default. :(
I'm terribly sorry, sir. It's apparent that I was doing something
wrong. I've reverted r2545 and r2547. I'm hoping someone can offer a
real fix. (Or should I only test I18N using FCGI?)
