Downgrade to YAML::Syck 0.87

Does the same go for this error[1] from installing Jifty itself?  It
appears to have to do with YAML, which is up to date.

[1]: I removed about 150 lines of duplicate errors to fit within the
lists's limit of 40k.  The ellipsis notes where they were, right before
the summary.
