It's due to Hash::Merge.pm version 0.12. I replace it with version 0.11 and no warnings are displayed. Because of this, I guess other people have to be suffering this issue when install Jifty or Hash::Merge for first time or update modules from cpan... Well, ready for now. Thanks Jesse and Ruslan.
