The usage message doesn't attempt to explain what ALL-MODULE-PATH means
but it is consistent with the usage message of the java launcher so I
think it's okay (rather than trying to defining it to mean all
observable modules on the module path - the java launcher usage message
should lead on the description rather than jlink).
