[~wesm], I'm not sufficiently familiar with the pandas/pyarrow/parquet-cpp
ecosystem. Is there an analog of the Hadoop configuration object - a free
key-value map that allows to pass custom parameters to parquet? If not (and if
yes), what would be your suggestion for passing the encryption properties,
required in
