Right, it seems that encryption options are not exposed in the Python bindings.
So I suggest you start with that. Do you need any guidance? Places to look at
probably include {{pyarrow/_parquet.pxd}}, {{pyarrow/_parquet.pyx}} and
{{pyarrow/parquet.py}}.
