Add benchmarks for {{COUNT(DISTINCT)}} queries, which were introduced in
ARROW-10043.
A number of implementation suggestions/ideas came up in the ARROW-10043 [pull
request|https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/8222], and having benchmarks will
help evaluate the different ideas.
