[~matthros] I don't think we'll be able to guess what fails on the other side.
Can you contact the Drill and Parquet.Net developers and ask them to diagnose
the issue? Once we know the cause of the failure, we can decide if there's
anything wrong on the Parquet C++ side (and, if necessary, fix it).
