---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I need to use
[https://arrow.apache.org/docs/developers/cpp/building.html#offline-builds] but
I couldn't use script thirdparty/download_dependencies.sh which again uses wget
to download the packages from github and fails with 403.
It will be really great if you could point me to examples of using
"ARROW_$LIBRARY_URL" from the offline build procedure then I can manually
download the package so the installation can use it from local.
say for example for JEMALLOC should I set env as
ARROW_JEMALLOC_URL=/path/to/jemalloc-5.2.1.tar.bz2 ?
Unfortunately public github access is blocked on my end for security reasons so
I will have to workaround this. Appreciate your help.
