[~npr] do you think we should export a {{cast()}} function so it's usable
outside of dplyr and (much more importantly) so it has a docs entry? I'm not
aware of any other other {{cast()}} functions that this might mask, except that
the docs entry for {{reshape2::dcast() and reshape2::acast()}} is named
{{cast}}.
