When passing a PEP519 filesystem object which implements a

method, but does not implement a {noformat}__str__{noformat} method which 
returns a valid path (e.g. an OpenFile object from fsspec) to 
{noformat}pyarrow.parquet.read_table(){noformat}, the file fails to be read.
