generate the C++ shared lib from the Linux.
I compared the Gandiva jars in the link that Kuohei Sutou sent in this message

with the jar of that action

that was generated by that PR

and I in the nightly build one, it just contains the *macOS* shared libraries.
I could not find which change make it happens, I will take a deep look on it.
